DESIGN AND MOULDING OF WASTE SYSTEMS
Over time, our company has been able to establish itself as a reference point for the design and continuous cycle moulding of waste systems, wall sinks, laundry sinks, washing machine cabinets, siphon drains, external and built-in toilet cisterns, and much more.
To achieve our goal of providing an all-round service and a wide a range of proposals to suit any need, we have been constantly investing over the years in our human resources while researching innovative solutions to satisfy a wide variety of market demands.
This is made possible thanks to our internal research and development department and internal laboratories. We useadvanced design tools, including specialized software, 3D printers, etc. to develop, prototype and manufacture products that are able to adapt to the market’s ever-changing needs.
Following the design phase, our internal tooling department proceeds to produce the mould (the final stage of the process). This department is also in charge of the daily maintenance of our mould fleet
COMPLIANCE TESTING TO GUARANTEE HIGH QUALITY STANDARDS
Attention to detail is a core feature for us. That is why we pay the utmost attention to all stages of production, from design to moulding. From this perspective, our research and development team, in collaboration with our quality assurance team, carries out both periodic and long-term compliance tests on our entire product range. Such tests also include those required by the CE UNI EN 14055 standard for toilet cisterns.
