DESIGN AND MOULDING OF WASTE SYSTEMS<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Over time, our company has been able to establish itself as a reference point for the design and continuous cycle moulding <\/b>of waste systems, wall sinks, laundry sinks, washing machine cabinets, siphon drains, external and built-in toilet cisterns, and much more.<\/p>\n

To achieve our goal of providing an all-round service and a<\/b> wide a range of proposals to suit any need, <\/b>we have been constantly investing over the years in our human<\/b> resources <\/b>while researching innovative solutions<\/b> to satisfy a wide variety of market demands.<\/p>\n

This is made possible thanks to our internal research and development department <\/b>and internal<\/b> laboratories. <\/b>We useadvanced design tools, including specialized software, 3D printers, etc. <\/b>to develop, prototype <\/b>and manufacture products that are able to adapt to the market\u2019s ever-changing needs.<\/b><\/p>\n

Following the design phase, our internal<\/b> tooling<\/b> department<\/b> proceeds to produce the mould (the final stage of the process). This department is also in charge of the daily maintenance<\/b> of our mould fleet<\/b><\/p>\n

COMPLIANCE TESTING TO GUARANTEE HIGH QUALITY STANDARDS<\/b><\/h2>\n

Attention to detail is a core feature for us. That is why we pay the utmost<\/b> attention to all stages of production<\/b>, from design to moulding. From this perspective, our research and development team,<\/b> in collaboration with our quality assurance team<\/b>, carries out both periodic<\/b> and long-term compliance tests<\/b> on our entire product range. Such tests also include those required by the CE UNI EN 14055 standard <\/b>for toilet cisterns.<\/b><\/p>\n
